Access to BillRx application features depends on your selected plan, onboarding, and applicable commercial agreement. Pricing shown on the website may be indicative until confirmed during sales or onboarding.

Account responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining secure login credentials and ensuring that staff use the software in compliance with applicable pharmacy, tax, and business regulations.

Data and billing accuracy

BillRx helps manage billing, inventory, and reports, but pharmacy owners remain responsible for verifying GST invoices, stock entries, expiry handling, and statutory compliance.

Service availability

We strive to keep BillRx available and reliable. Planned maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur, and we will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BillRx is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or software operation beyond the scope of your subscription agreement.
